Job Description

Once the service contract has been signed with the Airlines or the Shop, the Contract Manager provides the Customer Support & Program Manager (CSPM) his/her expertise regarding cash management, from issuing invoices to recovery and contract management on economic/legal/tax aspects. He/She also helps to identify levers for action through his specialties, cash and contractual, to support the Customer Support & Program Manager in his negotiations with the client.

To manage his/her client portfolio on the aspects mentioned, the Contract Manager coordinates transversely functions such as Credit Management, Legal as well as the teams dedicated to invoice management (GdF & GCC). He/She may also be required to have contact with customers and travel to the customer.

The Contract Manager must master the content of the contracts in order to be able to:

• enter the information necessary for management in SAP

• establish the billing plan by contract

• identify the administrative methods for implementing the contract and the potential levers available to the CSPM

• calculate the annual contractual escalations and apply them in SAP

• manage the edition of invoices in collaboration with the CSPMs, the central and shop Billing Managers

• monitor customer payments

• contribute to the reconciliation of payments by accounting and the recovery of overdue receivables

• contribute to the management of the performance of the regional hubs (reporting by customer and by region of the indicators monitored)

• support the CSPM on ad-hoc studies linked to the administrative clauses of the contracts

• contribute to the progress actions of the activity.

Job Requirements

• Understanding civil engine MRO contracts and mastery of SAP are a plus for mastering the position.

• Ability to master Excel

• Adaptable/flexible in change management because the position is constantly evolving

• Ability to be autonomous quickly
