Oracle Consulting Technical Director in DELHI, India
Job Description
As an acknowledged authority within Oracle, this senior level consulting position is responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget.
Technical Management & Delivery of OSS/BSS
Direct engagement with business & IT stakeholders in customers & experience in handling project deliveries (preferred with preference to Oracle Technologies)
Good understanding across technologies covering BSS/OSS domain specially Charging & Billing, OSM and UIM
Able to enable new channels of engagement with vendors and telecom service providers for data modelling and able to define inventory & discovery reconciliation models.
Understand process flows, automation requirements to enable Order Management for Network Build through OSM/UIM and Charging & Billing.
Active role in Scoping, planning and estimation for deliverables during pre-sales as well as during project deliveries.
Should possess awareness of Oracle RODOD/RSDOD Solution
Able to defend solution, estimations, timelines, deliverables with the customer, negotiate and able to present across CxO level.
Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assignments and personnel review.
Exposure to cloud native technologies is desirable.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement innovative solutions for complex billing challenges.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
Experience with relational database systems and/or similar technologies will be an asset.
Experience with Oracle OSM or integration of other fulfilment products into CRM systems would be a great asset.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. As a position of technical/professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs. Exercises creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions. Leads experienced consulting teams on challenging projects; works on significant and unique issues. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences difficult decisions at the leadership-level of customer organizations. Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations. Drives customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions. Creates new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands and knowledge of competitive product offerings.
