We are currently hiring a Principal Civil Structural Engineer – Medium/High Voltage to join our engineering team. As a Principal Civil Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for providing civil structural design expertise for major clients, leadingprojects,and teams, and managing client relationships. You will work alongside our leadership team, demonstrating your in-depth
understanding of medium and high-voltage civil structural engineering across varying markets.
Key Responsibilities include:
Leading civil structural engineering design across various market sectors
Leading the detailed civil structural design of transmission and substation projects
Managing relationships with assigned clients
Leading project teams
Managing deliverables and workload of team members to adhere to deadlines and budget
Responding to RFP and change order requests
Minimum qualifications for the role include:
Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in Civil Structural Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer preferred
5-15 years cumulative experience
Experience in the US across market sectors including transmission lines, substations, power distribution, andrenewables
Expert knowledge of engineering standards including NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEEE, ACI, AISC, IBC, ASCE, and ANSI
Strong written and verbal communication skills and being fluent in the English language
Expert-level knowledge of industry software such as (PLS-CADD, MFAD, LPILE, STADD, RISA, AutoCAD & MicroStation, etc.).
