ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Regional Marketing and Sales Manager will develop and maintain strong customer relationships with the goal of increasing sales. You will prepare budgets, rebates, and presentations for customers, and create comprehensive reports for both internal and external stakeholders, providing insightful analytics on various sales metrics. Additionally, you will develop and implement effective pricing strategies, including price adjustments, and contribute to the development and execution of the functional strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists sales leadership with customer relationship building and making customer presentations.
  • Works to increase sales and build long term relationships by promoting the sales of all products.
  • Promotes favorable working relationships between internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepares contracts and budgets for accounts and calculates rebates for customers.
  • Generates reports for account representatives and customers. Provides management with sales analytics related to budgets, sales achievements, and market penetration.
  • Develops pricing and strategies to meet customer needs and/or reduce production costs. Implements price increases.
  • Supports the development of functional strategy and value propositions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

     

Education and Experience:

  • Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of experience.

     

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Possesses in-depth experience in sales, specifically managing strategic accounts.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage towards future goals and objectives.
  • Possesses strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Works effectively independently.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills.
  • Travel may be required.

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $95,900.00 - $180,000.00. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $140,000.00 to $155,000.00. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
