Adecco is seeking experienced Setup Machinists for 1st shift opportunities with a local manufacturer in Delavan, WI. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining machines to produce high-quality components according to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust department machines with multiple spindles and turrets.

• Interpret drawings and specifications to configure feeds, speeds, tooling, and operational sequences.

• Operate machines by manipulating levers, hand wheels, and engaging power while monitoring and adjusting coolant flow.

• Perform machining operations such as drilling, milling, turning, and reaming.

• Inspect parts using measurement tools to ensure compliance with tolerances and quality standards.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with measurement tools.

• 1–3 years of experience in machine setup and operation preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per week
