Now Hiring Paintline Loaders

Job Description

Contractors will load parts onto the paintline coming from the fabrication department. They will be responsible for identifying defects in the parts and ensuring the correct parts are placed on the line to fulfill specific work orders. This position is very physical, requiring consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds and continuous movement throughout the day.

Hard Skills

  • Use of computer and work instructions to kit parts per order specification

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Delano, Minnesota.

Work Environment

  • Hot work environment due to the presence of heat-treating machinery.

  • Candidates will be standing on their feet all day.
