Responsibilities

Develop/maintain a healthy relationship with Randstad employees and the customer leaders. Audit daily time clock punches to ensure accuracy, follow up on missed punches and outages, administer discipline as needed and required. Help employees with requests such as sick pay and time off requests, provide coverages for outages, and update attendance reports on a daily basis. Submit attendance reports to Managers and Supervisors within a reasonable time from the start of shift. Perform daily safety/GMP inspections on the production floor and email findings to leaders. Meet with employees on corrective measures for policy violations. Respond to new injuries and forklift incidents in a timely manner, complete incident/injury reports in the Randstad system, be present during all investigations and forklift recertifications. Meet with supervisors and management on a daily basis to determine business needs, participate in monthly partnership meetings. Provide the leadership team with great customer service. Maintain an up to date stand-by list.
