Job Title: Remediation Project Manager

Job Description

Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer relationships, satisfaction, and retention. Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify new business opportunities and develop programs that will help to increase customer loyalty. Work with other departments to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and services. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and develop plans to address any issues and opportunities for improvement. Develop and manage budgets for customer growth and relationship programs. Provide regular reports to upper management on the status of customer growth and relationship programs. Guide proposal and bidding strategies and direction to improve win percentages and execution feasibility. Travel to visit customers, project sites, and crews throughout the country, as needed. Provide guidance to operational teams executing projects to support and improve the outcome of the project. Understand the overall profitability of projects and assist with implementing corrective actions when necessary. Maintain key and critical vendor relationships, specifically those where we have a beneficial reciprocal relationship. Perform other duties and tasks assigned from time to time by management as required by the needs of the business.

  • Perform additional duties and tasks assigned by management.

Essential Skills

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in project management, customer relationship management, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong customer management skills.

  • Ability to travel as required.

  • Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business, or a related field required.

  • Professional licenses preferred (e.g., PG or PE).

Work Environment

Work primarily at construction remediation sites.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of NA, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $160000.00

$140,000+ (Based on negotiations and candidate experience level). Operations Bonus Program, Retention Bonus Program (amount based on negotiations); 401K w/match + additional annual reimbursement for maintaining certain professional licenses+ paid training+ tuition reimbursement.

2 weeks PTO 1st year (negotiable)
