The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for playing a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This will be accomplished by focusing on our Inside Sales segmented customers and providing technical expertise to both sales representatives and customers. In addition to being comfortable with negotiation on the phone, outbound calling and generating interest, they will also be expected to possess the ability to read drawings, effectively qualify prospects and successfully close sales to secure orders and achieve targets.

This position reports to the Regional Manager, Inside Sales and is part of Central Marketing organization. This position will be located in Deland, FL and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails

• Understand customer needs and recommend replacements for obsolete Pall parts.

• Provide technical support to internal team and customers.

• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent, Engineering degree a plus!

• Proven inside sales experience with track record of over-achieving quota(s)

• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• CRM, SAP and Advanced Excel Skills

• Good Problem-Solving Ability

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The salary range for this role is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
