Rose Cleanings Services Office Clerk in Del Rio, Texas

The Office Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role supports staff members and helps maintain organized workflows through effective handling of documentation, communication, and office systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support

    • Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages as needed.
    • Greet visitors and provide assistance or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
    • Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic.
    • Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for team members.
  2. Document Handling

    • Prepare, review, and distribute documents such as correspondence, memos, and reports.
    • Scan, copy, and file documents.
    • Ensure documents are archived properly for easy retrieval.
  3. Data Entry and Record Keeping

    • Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and other software systems.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office supplies, inventory, or other resources.
  4. Office Maintenance

    • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
    • Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs.
  5. Support for Staff and Teams

    • Assist with projects, including research and data compilation.
    • Provide clerical support to various departments as needed.
    • Assist with preparing materials for presentations or meetings.
  6. Compliance and Confidentiality

    • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
