Specific job duties are below:
- Quickbooks Experience Required
- Accounting Experience Required
- Work with the Owner and Vice President to review and coordinate all insurance policies and ensure they are current and fully protect the assets of the company
- Maintain all employee files and records are accurate and retained accordingly
- Coordinate with Payroll Specialist as necessary
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reconcile all account balances with bank reconciliations on a monthly and annual basis
- Work with Owner and Vice President to perform an annual review of the companys financial statements with an outside auditing firm
- Supervise preparation of invoices and accounts payable and receivables
- Supervise collections on accounts receivable
- Organize and maintain filing and document retention procedures
- Supervise preparation of all audit paperwork for governmental agencies as necessary
- Maintain accurate contract balances and work on hand for company operations
- Supervise and maintain accurate project accounting procedures to accurately reflect company operations
- Collaborate with other directors and assist with preparation of project and financial analysis necessary to evaluate ENCAP operations
- Other administrative duties as directed by the Owner, Vice President, or Assistant Vice President
