Job Title: Mazak Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Mazak Operator where you will have the opportunity to program, process, and repair material through machining operations to produce a range of completed parts.

This role requires the highest level of utilization and productivity possible.

Your essential duties will include machine set-up, operation and maintenance, preventative maintenance, machining parts to specifications, creating/altering CNC programs, and locating and identifying proper materials.

You will also be responsible for staging material and tooling for jobs, designing blueprints, keeping an adequate tooling inventory, inspecting parts, assisting with sorting and packaging parts, and performing periodic welding of tools and dies.

Hard Skills

• Experience with CNC Mazak Machines

• Ability to work from manuals, blueprints or other specifications

• Locating, diagnosing and repairing problems

• Mazak Experience

• Blueprint Reading

• CNC Operating
