We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, with experience in residential painting, electrical systems, and mechanical knowledge. This role is perfect for a hands-on individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. If you have experience with logic controllers and schematics, we want to hear from you.
*Responsibilities:*
Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including painting and finishing work.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical systems, including circuit breakers and fuses.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure they are safe and functioning properly.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to complete tasks such as plumbing and HVAC repairs.
Operate and maintain logic controllers to ensure seamless operation of facilities systems.
Provide exceptional customer service to staff and residents, responding promptly to requests and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and facilities staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements.

Strong background in facilities maintenance.
Experience with residential or commercial painting and finishing work.
Familiarity with electrical systems, including circuit breakers and fuses.
Familiarity of mechanical systems, including plumbing and HVAC.
Familiarity with logic controllers and schematics.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to work at heights.
Physical stamina to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
