Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team at our headquarters. This role is a critical point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. The Customer Service Representative will reach out to customer contacts regularly, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts to ensure a positive experience with our products and services.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address potential issues, and provide resources to improve their experience.
  • Manage customer accounts, including updating information, tracking service interactions, and ensuring all customer needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and production, to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and develop strategies to enhance the service experience.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Identify areas for service improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Various other office and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food service or related industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience at every opportunity.
