What does an ASSISTANT MANAGER do?
- Direct, control and coordinate shift operations

``` - Interviewing, hiring and orientating new employees

``` - Train and develop Team Members

``` - Manages inventory/waste and labor controls
```{=html}
``` - Cash management, count drawers, and bank deposits
```{=html}
``` - Profit and Loss analysis

``` - Evaluate Team Member performance

``` - Other duties as assigned
What we Require of you:
- Ability to work a 50 hour work week (including nights, weekends and some holidays)

``` - High School Diploma or equivalent
```{=html}
``` - Minimum of 1 year of management experience required; food service/restaurant experience preferred

``` - Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation

``` - Basic Computer Skills

``` - Strong Math Skills and ability to count money accurately
```{=html}
