Our Chicago area client has an exciting initiative kicking off to update their Transportation system and is looking for a Sr Business Analyst with experience implementing Transportation systems such Mercury Gate, Blue Yonder, Oracle Transportation Manager or Manhattan. This role is onsite three days a week.

location: Deerfield, Illinois

job type: Contract

salary: $65 - 75 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

• Supervise the testing, maintenance, and monitoring of computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.

• Advise clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.

• Advise management on current system principles and necessary updates and recommendations.

• Supervise the expansion or modification of system to serve new purposes or improve work flow.

• Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.

• Train staff and users to work with computer systems and programs.

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced

• Minimum 5 years of experience

• Education: Bachelors (required)

• Business Analysis (10 years of experience is required)
