Job Description:
Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating and driving medium and large scale client change initiatives through AllianceRx Walgreens Prime client facing teams in a consistent and effective manner. This position is responsible for dealing with changes impacting clients that may be regulatory, product, strategic, IT, senior leadership driven or operational in scope. This position is also responsible for working across the AllianceRx Walgreens Prime senior leadership team to develop an extended influence model that continuously challenges processes, improves results, and drives business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Identify areas/potential projects where process redesign/improvement can significantly impact efficiency, quality, profitability, competitive position and customer satisfaction
Work closely with senior leadership team to achieve strategic goals and define and manage the execution and communications around the delivery of medium and large scale initiatives
Clarify, manage and prioritize all client requests relative to operational processes
Support clients by operating as the liaison between Account Management and operational teams
Provide work direction to operational leaders and other applicable staff to ensure quality deliverables to clients
Conduct in-flight and after-action reviews of the performance of and conformance to expectations for initiatives
Supervisory Responsibilities
Responsible for the development, oversight and implementation of departmental budget
Responsible for leading a team through teaching, coaching and inspiring by fostering a sense of energy, ownership and a responsibility for the flawless execution of operational excellence; engage in the selection and hiring process as needed
Other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate

External Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related area of study; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
5 years' work experience handling client issues and providing recommendations for resolution
1 year of leadership / people management experience
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation with the ability to communicate information in a manner that promotes credibility and facilitates the resolution of different views
Comfortable working with all levels of organization
Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office suite of products
Willing to travel up to/at least 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in business or related area of study
5 years' experience as business unit lead
Project Management Professional (PMI) certification
Advanced knowledge of best practice project methodologies in leveraging partnerships with business and technology project management offices
Knowledge of IT network systems/infrastructure management and practices, software development life cycle
