Robert Half's client, a Fortune 500 Healthcare/Retail company, is seeking a talented Copywriter for a hybrid contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the healthcare industry and will work with our Enterprise Content team to strategize, plan, and execute content for our Organic Social Media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube, and more.

Location: Deerfield, IL (Hybrid; 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Duration: 3+ month contract

Pay rate: $31-$36/hr

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Social Community Managers, Enterprise Content lead, and Social Intelligence teams to discuss relevant social trends, healthcare/wellness news, and actionable content needs for our channels.

• Work directly with Social CMs and Enterprise Content team to develop new content that aligns with priority sales promotions, products, and brand voice.

• Plan and create content for our channels related to Marketing Initiatives, Holiday Observances, and additional Enterprise requests on an ongoing basis.

• Manage and prioritize a busy workload, utilizing creative problem-solving skills to address urgent content needs.

• Partner with Designers and Social CMs to develop copy for creative applications and ensure all platform best practices are applied.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience working as a Copywriter.

• Previous experience working with healthcare companies is required.

• At least 2-3 years of experience working on marketing and/or advertising projects.

• Experience in an agency or brand setting creating ad or promotional copy for a variety of digital channels, predominantly social media.

• Social savvy with awareness of trends, content styles, platform behaviors, and pop culture relevancy.

• Experience crafting and editing guidelines and standards documentation.

• Experience producing written work for web-based promotions, page layouts, and other creative projects outside of social media.

• Strong ability to establish and maintain a unique brand voice and positioning via social media.
