Description We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be expected to perform a variety of accounting tasks related to the maintenance and processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions, general ledger entries, and month-end close procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions efficiently and accurately.

• Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.

• Maintain and update the general ledger to reflect the company's financial transactions.

• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring the accuracy of information and timely completion.

• Participate in the month-end close process, preparing necessary documentation and reports.

• Utilize software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.

• Ensure all financial data adheres to current tax laws and company policies.

• Review and verify the accuracy of financial statements and transactions.

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve accurate and timely accounting information.

• Execute additional tasks as needed within the accounting department. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Familiarity with General Ledger practices

• Ability to process Journal Entries accurately

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in using NetSuite accounting software

• Experience with Oracle financial software systems

• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software

• Familiarity with SAP financial software systems
