We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in the Telecom Services industry. The position is based in Deerfield Beach, Florida, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of our operations, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial systems and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the company's accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and standards.

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Implementing and managing CRM and Crystal Reports for improved data management and business processes.

• Conducting regular audits to ensure financial transparency and compliance with financial regulations.

• Overseeing the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reports.

• Managing the budget processes to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.

• Utilizing NetSuite for efficient financial operations and data management.

• Overseeing the asset inventory to ensure accurate financial records.

• Ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and ASC 842 standards for financial reporting and lease accounting.

• Using Netsuite and other accounting systems - Financial Services for efficient financial management.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM software

• Experience with Crystal Reports is required

• Expertise in various accounting functions

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) processes

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures

• Proven experience in auditing

• Proficiency in budget processes

• Familiarity with NetSuite software

• Experience in month end close procedures

• Knowledge of asset inventory management

• Understanding of ASC 606 standards

• Experience with ASC 842 regulations
