Our client in the Deerfield Beach area is seeking a building maintenance technician to join their team. You will supporting with general repairs and upkeep of facilities. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a great Monday-Friday 7am-3pm shift. Don't wait apply today!

Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician

Location: Deerfield Beach

Pay Range: $17-18

What’s the Job?

• Responsible for upkeep of building & grounds

• Perform basic plumbing,, electrical & HVAC repairs

• Operate equipment & tools

• Care, maintain inventory of supplies & equipment

What’s Needed?

• 1-2 years of general maintenance experience

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry

• Self driven & takes initiative

• Great attitude & ability to work individually or in a team

• Ability to pass a background check and Drug test
