Job Title: Bilingual Safety/Fleet Coordinator (Bilingual)
Job Description
Join our team as a Driver Compliance Coordinator!
Ensure the transportation fleet meets all state and federal transportation laws.
You’ll manage owner-operator lease agreements, random drug screenings, onboarding, and DOT/FMCSA paperwork.
Support safety initiatives by handling post-accident investigations and reporting to our insurance company.
Monitor and counsel on safe driving practices using camera software. Ensure insurance compliance.
Audit DVIRs, timecards, and maintenance records. Oversee onboarding: orientation, screenings, background checks, and more.
Maintain the fuel card program.
Develop and track safety KPIs.
Investigate and report accidents, communicating with insurance and management.
Collaborate with the Supervisor on software events.
Manage purchase requisitions in SAP/Hana 4.
Create and manage monthly compliance reports.
Hard Skills
Knowledge of state and federal transportation laws
2+ years of relevant experience
High school diploma (or equivalent) is required
Experience with DOT/FMCSA paperwork
Ability to audit DVIRs, timecards, and maintenance records
Experience with post-accident investigations and reporting
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to counsel on safe driving practices
Collaboration with management and insurance companies
Organizational skills for managing onboarding and compliance reports.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Deerfield Beach, Florida, Monday - Friday.
