Job Title: Bilingual Safety/Fleet Coordinator (Bilingual)

Job Description

Join our team as a Driver Compliance Coordinator!

  • Ensure the transportation fleet meets all state and federal transportation laws.

  • You’ll manage owner-operator lease agreements, random drug screenings, onboarding, and DOT/FMCSA paperwork.

  • Support safety initiatives by handling post-accident investigations and reporting to our insurance company.

  • Monitor and counsel on safe driving practices using camera software. Ensure insurance compliance.

  • Audit DVIRs, timecards, and maintenance records. Oversee onboarding: orientation, screenings, background checks, and more.

  • Maintain the fuel card program.

  • Develop and track safety KPIs.

  • Investigate and report accidents, communicating with insurance and management.

  • Collaborate with the Supervisor on software events.

  • Manage purchase requisitions in SAP/Hana 4.

  • Create and manage monthly compliance reports.

Hard Skills

  • Knowledge of state and federal transportation laws

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) is required

  • Experience with DOT/FMCSA paperwork

  • Ability to audit DVIRs, timecards, and maintenance records

  • Experience with post-accident investigations and reporting

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to counsel on safe driving practices

  • Collaboration with management and insurance companies

  • Organizational skills for managing onboarding and compliance reports.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Deerfield Beach, Florida, Monday - Friday.
