We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily shipping activities, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Responsibilities

• Schedule all shipping pick-ups with FedEx, UPS, and local delivery companies.

• Examine shipment contents and compare them with records to verify the accuracy of items to be shipped.

• Pack shipments in the correct size boxes according to customer-specific needs, using appropriate packing materials to ensure package safety during transit.

• Include customer-specific paperwork in boxes as per customer instructions.

• Shrink wrap shipment contents when necessary.

• Affix handwritten or computer-generated side labels on boxes after packing.

• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
