What the Ideal Candidate Will Do:

Under the direction of the Controlling Manager, assists with controlling functions of the corporation. Assists with the preparation of the budgets and finanical reporting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists with regular reports of project performance to the Controlling Manager.
  • Collaborates with Operations and Project Managers as a strategic partner to address any issues that could affect project financials
  • Assist the Order Processing team, with creating new Sales Orders and setting up Billing Plans in MRP system.
  • Assists with various project specific planning & cost analyses, spreadsheets, work instructions and tracking and charting as requested and required.
  • Involved in the monthly close process, including preparing and recording of journal entries.
  • Assist Controlling Manager with the review and analysis of financials, prior to sending monthly results to upper management.
  • All other duties critical to the company's success as may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.
  • 3-5 years of related finance/cost accounting experience and/or training in a manufacturing or industrial environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have understanding and experience with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Must have experience with financial statements.
  • Experience with Financial planning and analysis preferred.
  • Must possess strong communication, math, and computer skills. MRP/ERP experience required; SAP experience preferred.
  • Travel up to 10% of the time.

Minimum Salary: 85000.00 Maximum Salary: 90000.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
