Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Plumber Apprentice
• Valid Driver's License, Clear Background Check, Drug Free
• Follow our Tobacco Policy
• Detail oriented person that is very organized
• Excellent working with software
• Honest, dependable, and organized

Job Duties:

The Technician will have the following expectations:

• Available for phone coaching with supervisors.
• Work with the dispatch department to make sure you as the technician goes to the right job.
• Meet weekly with the supervisors to review schedule, specific job needs and review scorecards for areas to surpass goals.
• Consistently provide service and sales performance
• Always represent, deliver honest and quality service
• Understand service titan processes.
• Understand service titan price book
• Enforce quality workmanship standards throughout the team.
