About the Role: As the Supplier Analytics & Enablement Lead, you will be a key member of the NA S2P team, seamlessly combining supplier enablement with data analytics to drive strategic decision-making. You will lead a team focused on optimizing supplier management processes while simultaneously developing and maintaining SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards that provide actionable insights. Your role will not only enhance your team’s effectiveness but also offer critical analytical support to all S2P teams reporting to the NA S2P Manager. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in both supplier management and data analytics, passionate about integrating these areas to achieve operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Supplier Management: Oversee and optimize supplier onboarding, updates, and dispute resolution processes using Coupa and other relevant platforms. Ensure smooth operations and high performance across the team.

  • Develop Data-Driven Solutions: Design and implement analytical models to enhance supplier enablement processes, supporting S2P objectives and driving strategic decisions.

  • Create and Maintain SLAs & KPIs: Develop, monitor, and refine Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.

  • Dashboard Development: Design and create comprehensive dashboards that provide actionable insights, enabling the S2P teams to make data-driven decisions. Regularly iterate on these dashboards to meet evolving business needs.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with S2P and other cross-functional teams to understand business strategies, questions, and goals, translating them into analytical projects and data-driven solutions.

  • Present Data Insights: Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations of data-driven insights to the NA S2P Manager and other key stakeholders, ensuring they can make informed decisions.

  • Process Improvement: Independently identify opportunities for process improvements in supplier management and data analytics, and recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Data Integrity & Analysis: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various sources and systems. Perform analyses to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

  • Mentor and Develop: Mentor and coach team members on best practices in data analysis and supplier management, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Strategic Support: Serve as a consultative partner to senior management, bridging the gap between data and decision-making by providing expert analysis and recommendations.

  • Documentation & Best Practices: Document data analytics processes and best practices, ensuring knowledge is shared and standardized across the S2P team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Supply Chain, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in supplier management and/or data analytics, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving process improvements.

  • Experience in similar roles within a Global Business Services (GBS) environment, along with a solid understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, is desirable.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets to generate meaningful insights.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools; experience with Coupa or similar platforms is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex data issues, including handling incomplete or inconsistent information and applying advanced analytical techniques where applicable.

  • Familiarity with advanced analytics methods such as statistical modeling or machine learning is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven experience in managing data analytics projects, including strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Understanding of spreadsheet formulas and referencing (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and their application in data analysis.

  • Experience in a consultative role, bridging the gap between data analysis and strategic decision-making in a corporate environment.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards to drive performance.
