Forklift Driver

Job Description

We are seeking experienced forklift operators to join our Shipping Department. The primary responsibilities include moving finished goods, loading and unloading trucks, and managing warehouse operations. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our products to clients and to internal warehouses.

Responsibilities

  • Handle loading trucks for commercial deliveries (totes and drums) and transferring products to other warehouses.

  • Unload products and organize them in the warehouse.

  • Operate forklifts to manage high-level racks, driving and organizing products up to 3-4 levels high.

  • Manage paperwork (currently paper-based, transitioning to digital mid-next year).

  • Participate in general safety training and obtain forklift credentials.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of forklift experience with a good job tenure.

  • Ability to operate electric sit-down forklifts.

  • Experience in material handling, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

  • Positive attitude and adaptability to changing shifts and responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
