The pay rate for this job is $28 / hour

Responsibilities:

  • Hours: 5x8's, Monday-Friday, 40+ hours Perform installations, maintenance, repairing

  • Troubleshooting of low-voltage systems to specifications, blueprints, and industry standards.

  • Identifying, pulling, labeling, terminating and test category 5 and category 6 and fiber optic cable.

  • Installation of various types of pathway support structures such as J-hooks, cable tray, and support rings.

  • Coordinate with project manager and keep open line of communication on progress of project via daily logs, emails, phone calls, etc.

  • Ensure OSHA and Site-Specific safety compliance by following safety guidelines and practices continuously while on the job site.

 Qualifications:

  • Be at least 18+ years of age

  • Ability to read blueprints

  • Ability to troubleshoot low voltage

  • Ability to pull and terminate fiber optic cable

  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Prior experience in the commercial field required

  • Prior experience using Hand Tools

  • Electrical Tools required Position may require a drug screen
