As a Software Engineer for the eCommerce space in the IT Product Lifecycle Management Portfolio you’ll solve complex problems that have profound impact for how we reach our customers and provide a data driven experience on ni.com. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Using agile methodologies to design / develop / test / deploy solutions in cloud based, serverless, containerized server/client architecture to build and maintain our ni.com website.
Bringing to bear back end, Jave EE based, and front-end Single-page application based (Angular, React) technologies, with proficiency of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Integrating applications through APIs, extract / transform / load patterns and database or SaaS connections.
Applying DevOps principles such as continuous integration / delivery, version control and automation to accelerate solution delivery.
Communicating with co-workers, managers, and collaborators daily.
Being flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work within an Agile development team applying Agile methodologies and release cycles.
Learning new things through self-study, training, and hands on learning.
Working within a distributed team, across locations and time zones.

For This Role, You Will Need:
We require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Solid understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Experience with SFDC (Salesforce) is a plus.

3+ years of experience working within a development team.
