In this position...

In this position, provide transformational leadership, innovation, planning, execution and market awareness that will result in an expansion of customer experiences during Collision events and drive incremental parts revenue volume and share gains. This individual is also responsible for leading the Brand Protection efforts for Ford Motor Company with a dedicated team of Investigators to ensure Brand usage compliance (Ford Motor Company) and enforcement of all counterfeit or unauthorized use while also establishing consistent processes with our global business unit partners.

Ensure the central vision of delivering quality and safe collision repairs for Ford and Lincoln owners remains the north star for Ford Blue, Model e and PRO products.

What you'll do...

-Lead in the expansion of the Ford Certified Collision and Glass Networks to maintain Best In Class market coverage and leverage as an enabler for all owner engagement, Collision Assistance and Dealer Wholesale initiatives.

•Achieve required footprint of certified collision repair locations, training and tooling requirements as well as annual assessment validation processes.

•Expand upon our OEM-First, dedicated Glass Certification Platform; including leveraging the network for owner engagement and industry disruption of aftermarket (non-OE) glass utilization during loss event repairs.

-Optimize Competitiveness of Collision Parts, Category Market Share, C&I Programs

•Provide oversight and direction to our pricing strategies within the Collision Parts Category Team, inventory management efforts and C&I development to support growth opportunities.

-Engage the Industry At All Levels – Across All Stakeholders

•Develop new, and maintain/grow our Strategic Partnerships (Repairers, Dealers, Industry Stakeholders, Technology Providers, etc.)

•Support market conferences and trade shows, lead market readiness meetings (Ready for Wholesale, CPWD, Collision Industry Conferences, Dealer meetings)

•Deliver Ford Collision Roundtable (Inner Oval) Meetings to connect a small group of Repairers, Dealers, Internal Ford Employees and Market Training and Talent Acquisition partners to better understand industry trends and growth opportunities.

•Participate in Industry events and represent Ford at times as a conference keynote speaker.

-Collision Assistance (FNOL) Deliverables – A technology enabled connected ecosystem of customer support during a collision event.

•Manage cross-functional team and project plan to meet milestone timing for improvements to our FordPass and Lincoln Way App Experience, our Owner Web presence and our First Notice Of Loss technology efforts

•Ensure forward thinking plan is aligned to ever emerging regulatory and legal considerations and customer privacy implications by working with OGC and Counsel to ensure compliance.

•Advance proper repair for more Ford owners via our Certified Collision Network via a holistic owner engagement strategy in partnership with our best in class repair network partners and our dedicated 24/7 Collision Assistance Call Center.

-Provide Collision Industry Technical Training and Support

-Deliver Collision Ford PRO Revenue Growth Opportunities and support

-Global Collision Leadership

•Lead the team in Global Collision Team Meetings, support Global Go-to-Market plans, Financial performance reviews

•Support Global Leadership forums and cross-functional executive reviews to leverage synergies

-Business Planning, Building Blocks Development, Budget management and Incentive performance oversight

-Represent Collision in Financial and Executive Reviews

-Lead and execute the Ford Operating System within the Collision and Brand Protection teams – Daily and Weekly Action planning check-ins, Real-time problem solving to triage and address market challenges, Weekly Management reviews on business performance and monthly alignment to the Department Bowler and Escalation/Help Needed forums.

-Develop and grow world-class and industry leading talent for personal and professional growth.

-Cultivate and prioritize a culture of inclusivity, belonging, team work and support.

You'll have...

•FCSD experience required

•Supervisory Experience Required

•An understanding of Dealer Wholesale Growth programs and business

•Ability to manage a large profit center and drive performance

•Strategic thinking and process orientated mindset required

•Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead multiple projects

•Strong communications skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and externally with executive leadership employees at major companies is required

•Strong Microsoft Office skills especially PowerPoint and Excel

•Attention to detail – Consistency in presentations, formatting, aligned data points, etc.

•Ability to direct and manage multiple supplier partners including negotiating rates

•Strong Financial acumen both in internal data/metrics but also budget analysis and reconciliation
