The Personal Banker is responsible for building strong relationships with customers by providing personalized financial advice and services. This role involves managing customer accounts, offering banking products, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. The Personal Banker is also responsible for identifying sales opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Product and Service Promotion: Offer and explain the bank's products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards, investment options, and insurance products.
• Account Management: Assist customers with opening, closing, and managing accounts. Provide guidance on account features and benefits.
• Financial Advice: Provide personalized financial advice and planning services to help customers achieve their financial goals, such as saving for retirement, buying a home, or investing in education.
• Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell relevant banking products and services. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the bank.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ensure a positive customer experience.
• Transaction Management: Assist customers with financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments. Ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify and report any potential risks or suspicious activities.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other bank staff, including tellers and loan officers, to ensure a seamless customer experience and support the overall branch operations.
