Skills Required:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Self-motivated, organized, hands-on, and collaborate individual
- Willingness to work outside existing comfort zones
- Minimum 2 years direct experience with manufacturing (Plant, VOME, PTME, etc) -- preferably across multiple skill teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, presentation, and communication ability
- Fastening foundation with the ability to both learn and teach
- Ability to travel and interface with NA Manufacturing Plants
- Strong problem solving abilities
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years direct experience with manufacturing (Plant, VOME, PTME, etc) -- preferably across multiple skill teams
Education Required:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
