Manage/Lead a group of engineers and analysts responsible for programs and core activities, as DRI of NA LEA programs Labels usage integration, release, and inspection (audit). Labels construction and performance following REGs/RQTs.

In this position…

Manage/Lead a group of engineers and analysts responsible for programs and core activities, as DRI of:

  • NA LEA programs Labels usage integration, release, and inspection (audit).

  • Labels construction and performance following REGs/RQTs.

  • Labels design (drawing) and bookshelf release (WERs).

  • Release assembly illustrations

  • Labels FMA and DFMEA

  • Label Part DVP

  • Labels RQT and CDPR assessments, cascaded by ASO/E&SC

  • Issues resolution and prevent for all Labels.

  • Collaborate with Label data responsible about issue resolution/prevent.

  • Full end to end Label map deployment and analysis.

  • Seeking IT/AI solutions to replace manual/vulnerable work.

  • Maintain the Global Generic Label Matrix (GGLM) per LQOS 570

  • Perform in-plant labels audits (TT, PP, MP1) to validate upstream processes and compliance.

  • Provide Annual Label Letter.

What you'll do…

Lead Labels PD activities interfacing with:

  • Supplier, STA, Purchasing

  • VO / Quality / PVT

  • Interface with ASO and E&SC

  • VE

You'll have…

  • Bachelors Degree Required

  • 5+ Years experience in D&R, Functional Engineer or Vehicle Engineers

  • Experience with FMA/DFMEA

  • Ability to build strong effective relationships with cross-functional teams (Program, ASO Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Suppliers).

  • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple issues effectively and efficiently.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload managing immediate and future needs.

  • Outstanding communication skills (open, clear and inclusive) up to senior management.

  • Outstanding leadership skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results.

  • High integrity with effective coaching and mentoring skills.

Even better, you may have…

  • Master’s in engineering or MBA preferred.

  • Demonstrated design and release experience.

  • Demonstrated REG labels integration experience.
