Must fill out completed work orders and/or daily time sheets and turn them in on a daily basis.
Monitors and maintains required supplies and tools in a neat and orderly fashion insuring that proper inventory is maintained, tools are functioning properly and readily accessible and that the work/production areas are in a clean and neat manner as evidenced by management or regulatory observation.
Notify management of needed supplies in a timely manner by filling out material request

QualificationsRequired
High School Diploma or equivalent
5 years of documented work experience in the operation, maintenance, repair and installation of plumbing infrastructure in a 400,000 sq. ft. commercial, industrial or institutional facility.
Performing operation, repair, and installation work to the plumbing infrastructure.
Journeyman Plumber License, issued by the State of Michigan
