Job Description:

We need leaders who are entrepreneurial and bring a mix of creativity, and technical and business skills to create solutions that partners and customers cannot resist. This IT Supply Chain Software Project Manager will negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrated with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. Support the development of Category Strategies which are robust enough to meet evolving business requirements.

Skills Required:

• Strong communicator who can effectively transition from bottom-up details to concise, clear executive-level messaging.

• Ability to build relationships and trust across organizations to drive decisions and alignment.

• Strong data & analytics understanding for synthesis of complex data into clear, understandable format.

• Initiative-taking and resourceful; comfortable with navigating ambiguity.

• Flexible and adaptable attitude to changing priorities.

• Collaborative leader and collaborator.

• Ability to creatively problem solve, adjust priorities, and manage workload with agility in the team, to deliver business critical objectives.

  Skills Preferred:

• Strong understanding of Information Technology offerings and across Indirect categories

• Strong process competency and knowledge across complex sourcing processes (Power Apps, Ariba SLP, S2C, and P2P)

  Experience Required:

• 5+ years of supply chain/commodity/program management experience

  Experience Preferred:

• 8+ years of supply chain/program/commodity management experience in the Automotive industry

  Education Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree,

  Education Preferred:

• Master’s degree preferred, not mandatory (or in progress)
