Description
The eCommerce Lead Analyst will be responsible for day to day efforts tied to the Ecommerce team and their customer websites. They will also be supporting key initiatives from initial reviews to execution. This includes all aspects of eCommerce operations and may include website enhancements, customer and partner enhancements and/or resolution and ad-hoc projects. Responsibilities include coordination of activities, cross-functional team support and ad-hoc tasks to manage and grow the business.
The ideal person has a solid technical date within Ecommerce type sites and mix of solid PM/BA type skills and ability to work with internal and external customers when needed.
Job Responsibilities:
• Project management/Business Analyst type functions of specific initiatives, including business requirements and coordination required for eCommerce platform development and execution
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams for Customer Satisfaction and Grow the Business initiatives
• Support integration activities with internal or external teams for corrections, updates, new requirements and joint enhancements
• Coordinate joint activities with business, IT and 3rd party suppliers to deliver improvements and customer satisfaction
Key resource for the design.
• Ensure quality and metrics maintained
• Lead for payment processing-related activities and fraud monitoring and prevention efforts
• Monitor data and trends to proactively mitigate risk in processes or digital content
• Develop or support KPIs and insights and take proactive action for enhancements or corrections and compliance
• Collaborative team player, comfortable working in a high pressure, fast paced environment where identifying needs, providing solutions and adding value is a pre-requisite
• Experience working with large cross-functional team
• Strong organizational, written and communication skills

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, self-starter and proactive attitude
• Customer-focused, with a passion for understanding customers and meeting their needs
• Ability to troubleshoot incident and coordinate with business and technical support groups for resolution
• Previous experience with eCommerce preferred
• Previous experience with retailer or dealer relations, communications and technical processes and support preferred

Developed standardized process for documenting requirements and use cases for enhancements/new
functionality and introduced the use of Rally for tracking development
Design, test, and implement the Mobile Service Pilot
Supported Day to Day Operations - Handle Dealer & Customer concerns, fulfillment issues,
and system outages; meet with top dealers and customers to receive feedback and translate feedback into IT
requirements for system enhancements
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00
