American Transmission Company Sr Substation Maintenance Engineer in De Pere, Wisconsin

Summary of Responsibilities:

Bring your positive energy to ATC! We’re looking for a Substation Maintenance Engineer to maintain substation equipment and FACTS/HVDC devices. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and management of maintenance work plans with local distribution companies and contractors as well as providing technical support for corrective work.

Essential Responsibilities:

You will use your bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience to support System Operations with substation-related and FACTS/HVDC device outages. You’ll manage work performed by our contractors and ensure compliance to industry standards and provide after-hours support as needed. In addition, you’ll work with asset managers in the development of life cycle management plans for substations, substation equipment, and FACTS/HVDC devices.
