Job Purpose: The Operations Sales Manager, will be assisting the Enterprise Sales Manager to be the driving force behind market share expansion and enhanced profitability. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop, grow and inspire a customer-focused team and optimize performance of sales, including but not limited to business development of parts, mobile and service sales efforts throughout the region. Specific areas of concentration include accountability for the adoption of Arcadium CRM, time management preparedness, extensive travel (fifty percent) throughout the territory. Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Location: Must be willing to travel to dealership locations in Northeastern Wisconsin and Northern Michigan Pay: \$76,000 to \$97,000/yr plus Incentive (Based on Experience) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Honor Commitments: Ensure all team members conduct themselves with integrity in alignment with company values.
