Job Title : Welder/Fabricator (MIG/Flux-Core Welding) - 2nd Shift

Location : Daytona, FL

Shift : 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 3:00PM - 11:30PM)

A leading manufacturing and assembly company in the Daytona Beach area is currently hiring qualified MIG/Flux-core Welders for 2nd shift positions . Job Overview:

As a Welder/Fabricator in this dynamic environment, you'll be responsible for performing high-quality MIG welding on structural steel components while adhering to safety and craftsmanship standards. This position also requires the ability to read blueprints and assemble components in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG/Flux-core welding on structural steel to produce high-quality and precise welds.

• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to meet project specifications.

• Safely handle and lift materials weighing up to 45 pounds regularly.

• Adhere to strict safety standards while working on the shop floor.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace , promoting efficiency and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Proven MIG/Flux-core welding experience on structural steel .

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings , and work orders.

• Strong work ethic , positive attitude , and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

• Ability to work efficiently in a non-climate-controlled environment .

• Dependable, self-motivated , and able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment .

Work Schedule:

• 2nd shift , Monday through Friday: 3:00PM - 11:30PM. Must be open to working extended hours Monday - Thursday as the company aims to finish early on Fridays.

Compensation:

• $17-23/hour , based on weld test results and experience.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
