Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial and industrial construction projects, from inception to completion.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.

• Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.

• Prepare and analyze project estimates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

• Ensure all projects comply with local building codes and regulations.

• Utilize Microsoft Office products and Procore for construction estimating and project management.
