Insight Global is seeking a Vehicle Mobility SME for a client onsite in Dayton, OH. This candidate is going to apply engineering physics, engineering mathematics, and materials science principles to support the design, analysis, manufacturing, or maintenance of mechanical systems. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelors degree and 8+ years of experience with mechanical or aerospace engineering

o Incuding modeling and simulation of tactical ground vehicles and their components

- Fluent in using MATLAB and Simulink

- Secret Clearance

- Knowledge of software packages for modeling and simulation of vehicle mobility, including the NATO Reference Mobility Model - Knowledge of foreign ground combat systems

- Experience using Git repositories

- Experience acting as domain expert in integrated product team, developing computer-based models and simulations null
