Job Description

An employer in the Dayton, OH area is seeking a TS/SCI AFSIM Developer for a contract to hire opportunity. This individual will be responsible but not limited to the following: will join a team that supports the National Air and Space Intelligence Center and works within AFSIM to create and implement scenarios for future warfighting capabilities. Will gather and collect different models related to the blue assets and implement them into scenarios. Will need to know how to plug in/implement the model into the appropriate framework and scenario to do the analysis. Will be supporting on the mission level and working with 10-12 assets at a time. Will be required to sit on site 3-4x/week but may increase as the work progresses. Should hold an active TS/SCI security clearance.

Skills and Requirements

1+ year of experience with AFSIM development experience

Active TS/SCI Clearance

Bachelor's Degree preferred (need 6+ years of total experience in lieu of Degree)

Development with C++, Python or Matlab Bachelor's Degree in STEM related field

Experience working with Blue assets null
