Applied Research Solutions Training and Manpower Support in Dayton, Ohio

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a Training and Manpower Support for the HR/Personnel to support Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. This position will serve as the training manager for the Training Directorate PEO (formerly known as “Agile Combat Support (ACS) Directorate) comprised of over five Divisions and eleven functional offices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor all computer-based courses daily on all Military, Civilian, and Contractor personnel.

  • Implement manual course completion updates, deletions, and additions into MyLearning and ETMS.

  • Assist the Directorate Action Group (DAG) on training related suspense tracker items.

  • It/Out Process all Wright-Patterson Directorate personnel, individual face-to-face briefings and electronic coordination.

  • Assist briefings to the USG and Mission Partners on the allocations of HR to meet mission requirements and achieve goals/objectives.

  • Tools/Systems: MyLearning Training System, Education and Training Management System (ETMS), Command Human Resource Information System (CHRIS)

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:

  • 3 Years’ relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree

  • Or 7 years of directly related experience (5 years within the DoD)

  • Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance
