Job Description:

• Efficiently prepare recordable documents to be sent to County with accuracy.
• Utilize computer skills for data entry and maintain detailed records.
• Ship closed document packages to lenders.
• Disburse and ship out lien payoffs, proceeds, commissions, etc.
• Maintain record of files disbursed.
• Apply relevant skills such as transcription and basic math in daily tasks.
• Some cross training will be involved to better your ability to help out in other departments if needed

Salary:

• $40,000.00 - $45,000.00
