Staffmark is seeking a dedicated Production Operator for our esteemed manufacturing client in Kettering, OH. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge machinery and become an integral part of a leading supplier in the industry. Shift Details: $16/hour during training $17.60/hour upon transition to 2nd shift 3rd Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm (1st shift for initial 2-3 weeks: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm) As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include operating machinery to load raw materials and unload finished products. You'll perform essential tasks such as basic deburring and inspection, ensuring the quality and readiness of each product. This role will also provide you with the opportunity to learn and apply stringent safety protocols and operational procedures. Gain hands-on experience with advanced equipment including lathes, milling machines, and more, while adhering closely to production schedules and collaborating effectively with your team members.
