Because we believe that everyone deserves more time to live life to its fullest. Our Skin processing technicians transform the donor gift of skin tissue. In this area, technicians will produce lifesaving grafts in a sterile environment using automated machines and hand tools. Grafts are processed to specification before being released to medical facilities in the United States and around the world for human transplant. Multiple positions available, starting at $19.00 + shift differential. Second and Weekend Shifts pay 10% more. Second Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Weekend Shift: Saturday/Sunday 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM OR 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM & one 12 hour shift OR two 8 hour shifts during the week Those that display conscientiousness, personal accountability, dependability, team work, a safety mindset, and kindness are encouraged to apply! Must be guided by the highest level of integrity and people-centered care. Must be able to work within a team setting and possess the ability to receive and follow directions. Must be able to report numbers accurately. Requires heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), moderate to continuous levels of standing and is physically demanding. Some areas of Manufacturing may require the ability to work around high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields. Requires good eye-hand coordination skills. Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
