As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production operations at our Dayton, Ohio site. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of production plans on the first shift, meeting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse, high-performing team will create a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.

You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Dayton, Ohio location.

In this role, you will impact the success of our production operations, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage the production operations at the Dayton, Ohio site

• Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Manage and develop a diverse, high-performing production team

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and drive operational excellence

• Act as a champion for change

YOU MUST HAVE

• 1+ years of experience in production supervision or a related field

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of production processes and quality standards

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Operations Management, etc.)

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Lean Six Sigma certification

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies

• Ownership of processes
