Kearney & Company Integration Business Analyst - DEAMS Team in Dayton, Ohio

Job Description As a DEAMS Integration Business Analyst at Kearney & Company, you will work closely with our Defense Enterprise Accounting & Management System (DEAMS) team to provide expert guidance to support the integration of DEAMS with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. You will oversee the planning, directing, and coordination of integration services such as documenting interface requirements, analyzing existing processes and workflows, coordinating policy and procedure updates, and other integration related services. You will play a key role in developing and implementing best practices, policies, and procedures related to system integration, as well as ensuring the efficient operation of our organization. This position requires a strong understanding of Department of the Air Force business processes, system integration, and data management. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to DEAMS integration. Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process maps, and functional specifications. Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment. Monitor system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including business units, technical teams, and management. Monitor integration processes, identify issues, and propose solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to business analysis and system integration. Qualifications 5 years of experience in system integration or Department of the Air Force Financial Management Strong leadership and strategic planning skills Proven track record of success in system integration teams Established organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Preferred Qualifications Experience working within the Department of Defense or other federal agencies Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field Knowledge of federal accounting standard and regulations Experience with legacy Department of the Air Force financial feeder systems (CCaR, JOCAS, SAMIS, CMCS, ILS-S, TICMS, etc.) Overview Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses.
