What's The Job? Title: Industrial Maintenance Supervisor Location: Dayton, OH Salary: $86,000 - $94,000, depending on experience. Hours: Monday - Thursday - 7:00AM - 5:30PM What's in it for me? Company provided safety apparel and uniforms. Job Description What Will I Be Doing? Must be able to work and direct personnel in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. "SAFETY FIRST" expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA, Pre-Task Briefs, observation process and compliance with all company and site safety guidelines and procedures. This position will be responsible for the supervision of hourly skilled industrial maintenance technicians, planning and scheduling. Assigned tasks include, but not limited to, providing field supervision of personnel in repair and installation of mechanical and electrical systems, planning, scheduling. Ensure work order procedures are followed. Provide feedback on work orders and discrepancies. Promote C&W Services both internally and externally. Serves as the primary contact with the customer. Reports to the Superintendent. Will be required to perform alongside of team on craft work at times. Coordinates employee development program. May have to work from elevated areas (ladders, platforms, scaffolding and others as required utilizing fall protection when needed. Direct employees by allocating time for one-on-one coaching. Ensure compliance with all company, customer, and government regulations. Communicate team goals and objectives. Perform all tasks safely and efficiently according to standards. Administrative duties include, but not limited to, time accounting, work order completion, permitting, safety training and documentation. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications. Coordinate scheduling. Allocate resources as required, coordinate shutdowns with client, contact vendors for plant and maintenance requirements. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILTIES: QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Experience: 5+ years industrial maintenance supervisory experience in an industrial environment. Must be able to work and direct personnel in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. "SAFETY FIRST" expectations include, but not limited to, Human Organizational Performance (HOP) and PTB / PJHA process, Observation process and comply with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures. Knowledge of conveyor systems, bearings, motors, basic electricity, laser alignment a plus. Must have flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job. Must maintain a consistent and good attendance record in accordance with Company policy. Ability to mentor with high standards.
