Your Mission: Leadership, Growth, and Innovation As the Southeast Water Program Director, you will: Ignite Growth: Build and expand Woolpert's water resources, stormwater, and coastal engineering services while driving business opportunities in groundwater, water supply, and water master planning. Inspire Teams: Lead and mentor passionate professionals, cultivating a high-performing team ready to tackle complex challenges. Innovate Boldly: Leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver real-time flood predictions, adaptive wet weather controls, harmful algal bloom forecasting, and more. Drive Results: Lead business development efforts with Federal, state, and local agencies in the Southeast, including strategic partnerships with USACE Districts (Jacksonville, Savannah, Charleston, and Norfolk) and USACE Research and Development Center (ERDC). Elevate Impact: Represent Woolpert as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and client-centric engagements, while developing visionary solutions tailored to client needs. What We're Looking For: We need a trailblazer with: A Passion for Excellence: A BA/BS in Civil, Biosystems, or Environmental Engineering/Science (MA/MS preferred) and 10-12+ years of related experience. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proven success in business development and client relationship management, particularly with Southeast local and state agencies. Innovative Leadership: A PE license (preferred), advanced technical expertise, and a proactive approach to leveraging new technologies. Collaborative Mindset: Experience building and leading diverse, high-performing teams and driving consensus across stakeholders.
